I fixed it! By adding shaunk.com to Google's webmaster tools, and then verifying it there, I was able to select it in the connected sites list. Yay?

I thought it was pretty clear what they expected when they insisted people call it a "Windows 7 Launch / 80s Party". Just like a fun time shared amongst current and new/future friends.

Sometimes just having the gift receiver enjoy their present is return enough. For example just having the opportunity to watch the gift recipient try and fight their way through 1.2kg of jellybellies is a memory that keeps me warm at night.

Karl, I too feel your pain. Visual Studio, of all applications, will reorder itself at even the slightest hint of focus. It's very frustrating. I have my delay set to 300ms and I generally can avoid the jarring experience of the window hurling itself towards me, but when others use my machine they are not so fortunate.

I am becoming disenlightened by the xmice. It is the fault of the many windows applications that choose to raise themselves to the foreground when they acquire focus; most notably, flash CS4.

I am, however, in full support of C++.
